Overview of flexdue Services

flexdue, Inc. offers services that enable U.S.-based businesses and freelancers to transmit payments for commercial purposes to U.S.-based business recipients. Users may capture an invoice using their mobile device, upload an invoice electronically, import an invoice from various accounting software, or enter invoice details manually. We may also partner with recipients to facilitate their receipt of funds and crediting of customer accounts.

Eligibility and Account Setup

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid and active email address, use the services on behalf of a U.S.-based business entity or freelancer, and have a valid deposit account at a flexdue-supported bank or payment card issued on a flexdue-supported network. Other restrictions may apply.

Privacy and Identity Authentication

Your personal information provided through the services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms of flexdue’s Privacy Policy. You authorize flexdue, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your or your business’ identity.

Making Payments Through The Services

flexdue, Inc. provides a platform that enables users to make payments to recipients. The platform supports various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit or debit cards, and wire transfers.

Payment Authorization

By using our services, you authorize flexdue, Inc. to initiate debit or credit entries to your linked payment methods in accordance with the instructions you provide through our services.

Transaction Classification

flexdue, Inc. reserves the right to classify transactions based on their nature and purpose. This classification is used to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Review

Returned Transactions

Insufficient Funds

If there are insufficient funds in your linked payment method to cover a payment, flexdue, Inc. may decline the payment. You are responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient funds in your linked payment method to cover your payments.

Payment Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel a payment, you can submit a cancellation request through our services. flexdue, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to process your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the payment if it has already been processed.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, flexdue, Inc. will investigate the situation and take appropriate action. You may be required to provide additional information to assist in the investigation.

Stop Payment Requests And Refunds

If you need to stop a payment or request a refund, you can do so through our services. flexdue, Inc. will review your request and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

flexdue, Inc. may charge fees for the use of our services. The amount of these fees will be disclosed to you at the time of payment submission.

Recipient Information

As a user, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your recipients. flexdue, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or delays in payment processing due to incorrect or outdated recipient information.

Recipient Communication

flexdue, Inc. may communicate with your recipients to facilitate the payment process. This communication may include notifications about upcoming payments, payment status updates, and requests for additional information.

Recipient Payment Methods

Recipients can receive payments through various methods, including bank transfers and checks. The availability of these payment methods may depend on the recipient's location and other factors.

Recipient Fees

Recipients may be charged fees for receiving payments through our services. These fees will be disclosed to the recipient at the time of payment receipt.

Recipient Refunds

If a recipient needs to refund a payment, they can do so through our services. flexdue, Inc. will review the refund request and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

Recipient Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a user and a recipient, flexdue, Inc. may provide assistance to help resolve the dispute. However, we are not obligated to intervene in disputes and the resolution of any disputes is ultimately the responsibility of the user and the recipient.

Account Management

As a user, you are responsible for managing your flexdue, Inc. account. This includes keeping your account information up-to-date, maintaining the security of your account, and monitoring your account activity.

Account Suspension And Termination

flexdue, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, if you violate our terms of service, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Account Disputes

In the event of a dispute involving your account, flexdue, Inc. may intervene to help resolve the dispute. However, we are not obligated to intervene in disputes and the resolution of any disputes is ultimately the responsibility of the parties involved.
